1992年新春伊始,闻名上海的乍浦路美食街上正在装修中的海底皇宫娱乐总汇地下室KTV包房发生火灾,火势和浓烟迅速蔓延扩大。在工地现场的19位建筑民工除8人被消防人员救出外,其余11人当场烧死,在抢救中6名消防队员中毒。这一特大火灾发生后,引起了本市人防使用单位、建筑装修界的议论和重视。本文就这一火灾事故的教训,对人防地下建筑的开发利用及其在内装修中的有关防火技术问题发表个
At the beginning of the Chinese New Year in 1992, a KTV room in the basement of the Haidi Palace Entertainment Complex, which is famous for its food court in Shanghai, was undergoing a fire. The fire and smoke quickly spread and expanded. Of the 19 construction workers at the construction site, except 8 were rescued by firefighters, the remaining 11 were burned on the spot and six firefighters were poisoned during the rescue. After the occurrence of this extraordinary fire, it caused the discussion and attention of the city’s civil air defense units and construction and decoration sectors. This article gives a lesson on this fire accident and publishes the development and utilization of civil air defense underground buildings and related fire protection technology issues in the interior decoration.
