我们通过免疫组织化学方法对5例正常肾组织和45例肾癌组织中P53和c-myc蛋白的表达水平进行检测。结果发现:5例正常肾组织中未见这两种蛋白表达。45例肾癌中P53和C-myc阳性表达率分别为(40%)18/45和(26.7%)12/45,阳性表达的C-myc和P53蛋白均定位于肾癌细胞核内,并且C-myc和P53蛋白阳性表达率与肾癌的病理分级,临床分期及患者术后生存期有关。提示P53和C-myc蛋白阳性表达与肾癌发生和发展有关,并且有可能成为评价肾癌预后的新指标。
We detected the expression levels of P53 and c-myc protein in 5 cases of normal kidney tissue and 45 cases of renal cell carcinoma by immunohistochemistry. As a result, it was found that there was no expression of these two proteins in 5 normal kidney tissues. The positive expression rates of P53 and C-myc in 45 cases of renal cell carcinoma were (40%)18/45 and (26.7%)12/45 respectively. The positive expression of C-myc and P53 protein were located in the nucleus of renal cell carcinoma. The positive expression rate of C-myc and P53 protein was related to pathological grade, clinical stage and survival time of renal cancer. It is suggested that the positive expression of P53 and C-myc protein is related to the occurrence and development of renal cell carcinoma, and may be a new index to evaluate the prognosis of renal cell carcinoma.
