近年来,我国经济不断发展,社会不断进步,城市建筑也得到迅猛发展,社会各界对建设工程的施工管理日益重视。在城市建筑工程的施工过程中,保证施工管理质量、提升管理水平是保障施工全过程顺利实施的重要基础。基于此,本文通过对建设工程施工管理问题的分析,探讨了具体的施工管理对策,以期为施工管理人员提供一些有价值的理论参考。
In recent years, China’s economy continues to develop, society continues to progress, urban construction has also been the rapid development of all sectors of society on the construction project construction management increasingly attention.
