通过对甘肃永古高速公路AC型SBS改性沥青混凝土结构在低温环境下摊铺和碾压阶段沥青混合料温降规律的分析和研究,对摊铺速度、碾压段长度和有效压实时间等工艺参数合理地确定进行了探讨,细化各阶段施工温度控制值。实践证明,为路面工程压实质量保障提供控制方法,对SBS改性沥青路面规范施工有着积极地指导和借鉴意义。
Through the analysis and research on the temperature drop of asphalt mixture during the paving and rolling stage of AC SBS modified asphalt concrete structure of Yonggu Expressway in Gansu Province, the paving speed, the length of roller compaction section and the effective compaction time Such as the reasonable determination of process parameters were discussed to refine the construction temperature control values of various stages. Practice has proved that for the compaction of pavement quality control to provide quality assurance, SBS modified asphalt pavement construction has a positive guidance and reference.
