目的调查分析某精细化工企业生产过程中存在的职业病危害因素及卫生防护设施的防护效果,评价职业病危害控制效果,并评估职业病危害的风险水平。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查、经验法、检查表法、作业工人职业性健康检查等方法进行综合分析与评价。结果该企业的选址与总体布局、生产设备布局、职业病防护设施、个人使用的防护用品、职业卫生管理、卫生辅助用室设置等均符合国家有关规定;该企业生产过程中可产生其他粉尘(氧化锌、雕白块粉尘)、甲醇、甲醛、氢氧化钠、二氧化硫、噪声、高温及热辐射、工频电磁辐射等职业病危害因素,其中部分岗位甲醛浓度超标,噪声作业危害达到Ⅰ级,高温及热辐射作业危害达到Ⅱ及。结论该厂的职业病危害控制措施可行、有效,但部分岗位仍需加强治理。
Objective To investigate and analyze the hazards of occupational diseases and the protective effects of health protection facilities in the production process of a fine chemical enterprise, evaluate the control effects of occupational hazards and evaluate the risk level of occupational hazards. Results The location and overall layout of the enterprise, the layout of production equipment, protective facilities for occupational diseases, protective articles for personal use, occupational health management, and settings for health aids rooms and so on all conform to the relevant state regulations; other dusts Formaldehyde, sodium hydroxide, sulfur dioxide, noise, high temperature and heat radiation, power frequency electromagnetic radiation and other occupational hazards, some of which positions formaldehyde concentration exceeded, the noise operation hazards to grade Ⅰ, high temperature And thermal radiation hazards to reach Ⅱ and. Conclusion The plant occupational hazards control measures are feasible and effective, but some posts still need to strengthen governance.
