李××女68岁住院号0910091986年6月22日左眼突然剧烈胀痛,视物不清伴同侧头痛、恶心、呕吐,立即到当地医院诊治。因症状无改善,于7月1日来我院就诊。以左眼晶体溶解性青光眼,右眼继发性视神经萎缩入院治疗。于1972年春季,曾行双眼白内障针拨术。术后不久,右眼红、痛、视力逐渐丧失。
