本研究检查和统计了121例雷公藤糖浆服用者的191份精液标本,对30例连续服药者精液进行自身对比检查观察,并对33例停药者进行了精液恢复情况检查和生殖功能可复性随访。结果显示:服药15日以上,精子活力(a+b)即明显减少;服药30~60日,精子浓度显著降低;该两项指标与服药前相比,差别均非常显著(P<0.01)。33例精子浓度减低至零或接近零者,停药3个月以上,精子浓度均见显著恢复增高;其中13例的妻子有孕育史,已分娩11名婴儿。
This study examined and counted 191 semen samples from 121 patients taking triptolide, and conducted self-contrast examinations on 30 semen patients who received continuous medication, and examined semen recovery and reproductive function in 33 cases of drug withdrawal. Follow-up. The results showed that spermatozoa activity (a+b) decreased significantly after taking the drug for more than 15 days, and sperm concentration decreased significantly from 30 to 60 days after drug administration. The difference between the two indexes was very significant compared with that before drug administration (P<0.01). 33 cases of sperm concentration reduced to zero or close to zero, withdrawal more than 3 months, sperm concentration were significantly restored; 13 of the wife’s history of birth, has been delivered to 11 infants.
