原发性肝癌死亡率在消化系统恶性肿瘤中列第3位,我国每年死于肝癌约11万人,占全世界肝癌死亡人数的45%。原发性肝癌的发生被认为是多种因素综合作用[1],并且发生的病因和原理至今尚未确定,所以目前对于肝癌的治疗并不十分理想,术后肝癌容易复发和转移仍是解决肝癌的一大难题。而肝癌干细胞的提出为肝癌的发生以及易复发提供新的理论依据,根除肝癌干细胞为治疗肝癌带来有效的治疗方法。本文就肝癌干细胞的来源及相关的治疗方法进行综述。
