十二指肠恶性肿瘤虽然少见 ,在消化道肿瘤中不到 1% ,但十二指肠长度仅为小肠的 8% ,癌的发生率却占小肠的 4 0 %～ 50 %。再者十二指肠腺癌缺乏特异的临床表现 ,不易早期发现。加上涉及胆、胰、门静脉和肠系膜血管的复杂解剖关系 ,其临床的重要性显而易见。1 病理和临床表现
