目的:探讨肿瘤标志物MgAg 、CA50 、CA199 和CEA 联合检测对胃癌的诊断价值。方法:分别应用免疫放射分析法(IRMA) 普通放免法(RLA) 联合检测35 例胃癌患者血清中的MgAg 、CA50 、CA199 和CEA,并与48 例胃部良性疾病患者做对照研究。结果:单项标志物检测中血清MGAg 在胃癌患者中的阳性率最高,联合检测可使阳性率、阴性预计值及准确率分别由原来的62-8 % 、78 % 、81-9 % 提高到85-7 % 、88-6 % 和83-1 % 。两项联合检测阳性率可达70 % ~77 % ,三项联合检测可达83 % ~85 % ,MGAg + CA50 + CEA 三项联合检查和四项联合检查的效果最佳。结论:MgAg 、CA50 、CA199 和CEA 联合检测可极大的提高胃癌诊断的准确性和可靠性,对胃癌的癌前病变监控,早期诊断及判断预后有一定的临床价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of tumor markers MgAg, CA50, CA199 and CEA in gastric cancer. METHODS: Immunoradiometric assay (IRMA) and radioimmunoassay (RLA) were used to detect serum MgAg, CA50, CA199, and CEA in 35 patients with gastric cancer, and they were compared with 48 patients with benign gastric diseases. . RESULTS: The positive rate of serum MG-Ag in gastric cancer patients was the highest among individual markers. Combined detection could increase the positive rate, negative predictive value and accuracy rate from 62-8 %, 78 % and 81-9 % respectively. To 85-7 %, 88-6 %, and 83-1 %. The positive rate of the two combined tests can reach 70% to 77%, and the combined detection of three items can reach 83% to 85%. The combination of MG-Ag + CA50 + CEA and four joint inspections have the best results. Conclusion: Combined detection of MgAg, CA50, CA199 and CEA can greatly improve the accuracy and reliability of the diagnosis of gastric cancer. It has certain clinical value for the monitoring, early diagnosis and prognosis of gastric cancer.
