杨毒蛾(Leucoma candida Staudinger)是吉林省西部防护林杨树的主要害虫之一,先后在白城、洮南和镇赉等市(县)成灾。在杨毒娥的综合治理中,已有了该虫的危害指标及一套行之有效的防治方法,但由于没有统一、可行的杨毒蛾抽样调查方法,限制了管理水平进一步提高,本项研究就是针对这一突出问题而进行的。 本文对杨毒娥幼虫进行了简单随机抽样、系统抽样、分层抽样和整群抽样以及序贯抽样的研究、比较,提出了杨毒蛾估值抽样和风险决策抽样的方法、公式及抽样数。
Leucoma candida Staudinger is one of the major pests of poplar trees in the western shelterbelt of Jilin Province. It has successively hit the cities of Baicheng, Taonan and Zhenlai. In the comprehensive management of Yangdu E, the insect hazard index and a set of effective prevention and control methods have been obtained. However, the lack of a uniform and feasible method for sampling and investigation of Yang poison moth limits the further improvement of the management level. It is against this outstanding issue. In this paper, simple random sampling, systematic sampling, stratified sampling and cluster sampling as well as sequential sampling were conducted to compare and analyze the methods, formulas and sampling numbers for the sampling and risk decision-making of the larvae.
