强光照射时,CCD图像传感器摄取的图像中会出现光晕(blooming)和弥散(smear)现象,严重影响成像质量。文章介绍了一种能够抑制这些光晕现象的抗晕CCD,详细阐述了其抗晕结构的设计和制作方法,采用该方法制作的CCD能够达到500倍的抗晕能力。
In bright light, blooming and smear appear in the image taken by the CCD image sensor, seriously affecting the imaging quality. In this paper, an anti-corona CCD which can suppress these halo phenomena is introduced. The design and manufacturing method of anti-corona structure are described in detail. The CCD with this method can achieve 500 times anti-corona capacity.
