目的通过分析学生评教调查问卷评价我院教学质量,为进一步完善我院教学质量评价体系提供参考依据。方法于2014年11月和2015年5月对我院2014级大专护理专业学生进行问卷调查,了解其对带教教师课堂教学质量的评价及其意见和建议;对教师和随机选择的部分学生采用面对面交流法,了解其对我院学风和教风的评价,并对结果进行统计分析。结果评教问卷调查结果显示:“教育关怀、教书育人”得分最高(被评为优秀和良好的占77.2%);“语言生动、教法灵活、注重学生能力培养”得分最低(被评为优秀和良好的仅占50.9%)。2015年5月学院学风、教风与2014年10月比,良好率有一定程度的提升,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论要注重完善我院教学质量评价体系,以提升教学质量和教学水平。
Objective To evaluate the teaching quality of our college by analyzing the questionnaires of students’ evaluation of teaching evaluation, and to provide reference for further improving our teaching quality evaluation system. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted on college 2014 college nursing students in November 2014 and May 2015 to find out their opinions on the quality of teaching in classroom teachers and their opinions and suggestions. For teachers and some randomly chosen students, Face-to-face exchange of law, to understand its evaluation of the style of study and teaching of our hospital, and the results of statistical analysis. Results The results of the questionnaire survey showed that the highest score was “education care, teaching and educating people” (77.2% being rated excellent and good); “the language was vivid, teaching method was flexible, and students’ ability training was emphasized” (Only 50.9% rated as good and good). In May 2015, the college academic style, teaching style and the October 2014 ratio improved to a certain extent with a significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusions should pay attention to improving our hospital teaching quality evaluation system to enhance teaching quality and teaching level.
