作者多年从事水稻辐射诱变育种工作,参加育成了珍辐一号。辐粳、红南、桂晚辐等水稻良种。实践表明,辐射诱变是一方法简便、效果显著的育种途径,辐射与杂交相结合,可提高诱变频率,从而提高选择效果。文中讨论了辐射诱变存在有利突变率不高和突变无方向性等问题,认为随着对辐射损伤修复机理的深入研究和植物组培科技的发展,将会得到改进。
The author for many years engaged in rice radiation mutation breeding work, participated in bred ZhenFu 1. Spread japonica, red south, Guangxi late rice and other varieties of rice. Practice shows that radiation mutagenesis is a simple and effective breeding method. The combination of radiation and hybridization can increase the frequency of mutagenesis and improve the selection effect. This paper discusses the existence of radiation mutation mutation rate is not high and non-directional mutation and other issues, that with the radiation damage repair mechanism in-depth study and plant tissue culture technology will be improved.
