各地区行署,各市、县、自治县人民政府,柳铁,区直各委、办、厅、局:为了贯彻落实全国有形建筑市场现场会议精神,进一步加强对建筑市场的统一管理,规范建设工程交易行为,培育和建立统一开放、竞争有序的建筑市场,保证工程建设的顺利进行和建设事业的健康发展,防止建设领域的腐败现象。现就加强我区有形建筑市场建设和管理的有关问题通知如下:一、各级人民政府要把建立有形建筑市场(即建设工程交易中心)的工作列入重要议事日程,要在场地建设和资金投入上予以支持,抓部署、抓检查、抓落实,尽快把本地有形建筑市场建立健全起来。
