本研究以文化产业企业员工为研究对象,以扎根理论为研究方法,探索人-组织价值观匹配对员工工作效能影响作用。本研究采取本土样本,在相关理论框架基础上,通过精心设计的研究模型来进行实证研究,研究发现:1个人-组织价值观匹配高度一致的员工具有较高组织承诺;2个人-组织价值观匹配正向影响员工关系绩效,积极促进任务绩效;3个人-组织价值观匹配与工作投入相互依存,动态转化;4员工组织价值观匹配正向激发员工岗位技能学习动机。
In this study, cultural industry employees as the research object, grounded theory as a research method to explore the value of people - organizational values on the staff’s effectiveness. Based on the relevant theoretical framework, this study conducts an empirical research based on a well-designed research model. The study finds that: 1 individuals - organizational values match highly consistent employees with high organizational commitment; 2 individuals - organizational values are positive match To affect the employee relationship performance, and actively promote the performance of the task; 3 individuals - the organizational values and job input interdependence, dynamic transformation; 4 staff organizational values are positive to stimulate employee job skills learning motivation.
