在对钢桥面板顶板焊缝疲劳开裂特征进行分析的基础上,针对顶板方向开裂的3种特征类似、位置接近的裂纹判断困难的问题,提出一种疲劳裂纹位置K值(焊趾到裂纹的水平距离)判断方法。通过超声波回波信号及相关参数,比较K值与焊脚尺寸大小,可以对顶板内部裂纹的开裂位置进行判断。考虑U肋板厚及倾斜角度、裂纹深度、裂纹位置、裂纹形态等因素,制作10个人工切割的裂纹试件与3个疲劳试件,通过超声波检测对K值法判断结果进行了验证。试验验证结果表明:K值检测判断顶板开裂位置具有较好的精度,该方法在钢桥面板顶板疲劳开裂位置检测判断中应用可行。

Ultrasonic echo signals and related parameters, compare the value of K and foot size, you can determine the crack location of the roof cracks. Considering the rib thickness, inclination angle, crack depth, crack location and crack shape, 10 cracked specimens and 3 fatigue specimens were made. The results of K value method were verified by ultrasonic inspection. The test results show that the method of K value detection has good precision in determining the crack location of the roof. The method is feasible in the detection of the location of the fatigue crack in the steel deck roof.
