工会是企业广大员工的群众组织,是确保公司顺利完成各项工作的保障,在企业发展过程中起到桥梁和纽带作用,更重要的是工会在日常工作中,能够维护公司员工的权益,帮助困难职工,积极开展工会活动,可以提高职工的思想觉悟,提高职工的各项素质。如何做好基层单位工会工作,是相关工作人员积极思考的问题。工会应该进一步增强广大职工主人翁意识,充分发挥他们在企业发展中的主力军作用,有新的决策、新的部署,为油田企业的科学发展、和谐建设起到有力的推动作用。下面结合本人基层工会实际工作经验进行简要分析。
Trade unions are the mass organizations of the vast majority of employees in the enterprise. They are the guarantee for the smooth completion of various work by the company and play a role of bridge and link in the development of the enterprise. More importantly, the unions can safeguard the rights and interests of the employees of the company during their daily work. Difficult employees and actively carry out trade union activities, can enhance the ideological consciousness of workers and improve the quality of workers. How to do well the work of trade unions at the grassroots level is a question that the relevant staff members think positively about. The trade unions should further enhance their sense of ownership and give full play to their role as the main force in the development of enterprises, make new decisions and deploy new ones, and play a vigorous impetus role in the scientific development and harmonious construction of oilfield enterprises. The following combination of my own grass-roots labor unions practical experience in a brief analysis.
