采用可见光面阵CCD测量激光的远场能量分布时,在其光敏面上观察到了规律性圆环条纹的出现。为了精确测量圆环的能量分布和条纹间距,分析其形成机理,依据光的干涉和衍射理论,研究了面阵CCD主要参数的选取。研究结果表明:CCD的分辨率主要取决于衍射效应的条纹间距,动态范围取决于衍射条纹的级次,而最低照度由入射激光的功率和作用距离决定。研究成果可为分析规律性圆环条纹的形成机理提供技术支持和有益参考。
When using the visible light array CCD to measure the far-field energy distribution of the laser, a regular circular ring pattern was observed on the photosensitive surface. In order to accurately measure the annular energy distribution and stripe spacing, the formation mechanism was analyzed. According to the light interference and diffraction theory, the main parameters of the area array CCD were studied. The results show that the resolution of CCD mainly depends on the stripe pitch of the diffraction effect. The dynamic range depends on the order of the diffraction fringes, and the minimum illumination is determined by the power and distance of the incident laser. The research results can provide technical support and useful reference for the analysis of the formation mechanism of regular annular stripes.
