根据科学级CCD相机噪声来源和特性的分析,分别对电子倍增型和致冷型两种典型科学级CCD相机的噪声、增益和动态范围等特性进行了标定,给出了测试结果。对结果的分析表明,固定模式噪声在科学级CCD相机噪声组成中所占份额不大于1%,在确定成像系统探测下限及动态范围时,只需考虑读出噪声带来的影响;而读出噪声与工作温度、电子倍增增益密切相关,需要根据成像要求设定合适的工作温度和电子倍增增益。
According to the analysis of the sources and characteristics of the noise of the CCD camera, the characteristics of the noise, gain and dynamic range of two typical CCD cameras with electron multiplication and cooling are respectively calibrated. The test results are given. The analysis of the results shows that the fixed mode noise accounts for no more than 1% of the noise in a scientific-grade CCD camera. When determining the lower detection limit and the dynamic range of the imaging system, only the influence of readout noise needs to be considered. Noise and temperature, electron multiplication gain is closely related to the need to set the appropriate imaging temperature and electronic multiplication gain.
