近几年,我国经济增速变化、结构优化、动力转化处于深度调整中,出现了利率市场化、人民币国际化、金融脱媒、互联网金融等新形势。商业银行零售业务加速调整体制机制,同时借助互联网已在部分业务中实现了迅速发展,比如信用卡在线上获客、互联网的点贷快贷业务等,但零售业务在管理和经营上也发生了一些风险事件。面对在宏观经济下行和监管趋严的外部环境,和零售业务对一些传统发展模式进行转型,零售业务创新业务模式日趋复杂的内部环境下,我国银行业应始终坚持“法律风险管控”和“法律服务支撑”两条工作主线,不断完善零售业务的法律风险管控流程管理和零售业务的法律服务支撑。
