纪连彬是伴随着中国改革开放成长起来的一代中国人物画家。他1982年毕业于鲁迅美术学院中国画系,后一直在黑龙江省画院从事专业创作,至今整整二十年。在这二十年里,中国画坛发生了巨大的变化,中国人物画从现实主义的主题性绘画发展形成多样化的创作格局。纪连彬水墨人物画风格,正是在这样一个大背景下形成的,他从最初对现实生活的直接撷取,到表达意念心象,完成了一个质的飞跃。他的创作取向正与高扬主体意识,表现人格精神这一时代审美需求相契合。
Ji Lianbin is a generation of Chinese figure painters who grew up along with China’s reform and opening up. He graduated from the Department of Chinese Painting at Luxun Academy of Fine Arts in 1982 and has been engaged in professional creation in Heilongjiang Academy of Fine Arts for twenty years. During these two decades, Chinese painting has undergone tremendous changes. Chinese painting has diversified its creative style from the development of thematic painting of realism. Ji Lian-bin’s ink-and-wash style of figure painting was formed under such a big background. From the initial direct retrieval of real life to the expression of his mind, he accomplished a qualitative leap. His creative orientation is fitting with the aesthetic needs of promoting the main body consciousness and expressing the personality spirit.
