近年来,循环流化床(CFB)锅炉在国内热电行业得到广泛推广和使用。在实际应用中,其安装技术对锅炉的使用效能有着较大的影响。结合75t/h循环流化床锅炉现场安装经验,讨论了影响流化床、旋风分离器等重要部位的安装要求,较详细地提出了循环流化床锅炉耐磨材料施工涉及的若干问题,对该类型锅炉在安装和试运过程中需注意的问题加以阐述,为同类型锅炉的安装提供一定帮助。
In recent years, circulating fluidized bed (CFB) boilers in the domestic thermal power industry has been widely promoted and used. In practical application, the installation technique has a great influence on the performance of the boiler. Combining with the experience of on-site installation of 75t / h circulating fluidized bed boiler, the installation requirements of important parts such as fluidized bed and cyclone separator are discussed. Some problems involved in the construction of circulating fluidized bed boiler wear resistant material are proposed in detail. This type of boiler during installation and commissioning process to be noted that the problems to be addressed for the installation of the same type of boiler to provide some help.
