目的:研究广痛消泡沫气雾剂的止血抗炎作用。方法:采用剪尾法观察出血时间及出血量,采用毛细玻璃管法观察凝血时间,抗炎作用研究则采用耳廓肿胀法。结果:剪尾实验中大剂量广痛消组出血时间及出血量与生理盐水组比较均差异显著(P<0.05),与蛇毒血凝酶相比无显著差异(P>0.05),中、小剂量与盐水无显著差异(P>0.05);毛细玻璃管法实验中各剂量广痛消凝血时间与盐水组无显著差异(P>0.05);耳廓肿胀实验中大剂量广痛消组耳廓肿胀度与盐水组和强的松组均有显著差异(P<0.05),中、小剂量组与盐水组无显著差异。结论:广痛消泡沫气雾剂有一定的止血、抗炎作用,且有量效关系,剂量越大,疗效越好。
OBJECTIVE: To study the hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects of Guangtou defoamer aerosol. Methods: The tail bleeding method was used to observe the bleeding time and blood loss. The capillary tube method was used to observe the clotting time. The anti-inflammatory effect was studied by auricle swelling method. Results: In the tail-cutting experiment, the time and amount of hemorrhage of large dose of GAG group were significantly different from that of saline group (P <0.05), but no significant difference compared with those of snake venom (P> 0.05) There was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05). The capillary tube test showed that there was no significant difference between the two groups (P> 0.05) The degree of swelling was significantly different from those in the saline group and the prednisone group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the medium and low dose groups and the saline group. Conclusion: Guangtong defoaming aerosol has certain hemostatic and anti-inflammatory effects, and has a dose-effect relationship. The greater the dose, the better the curative effect.
