关于修改《天津市水上治安管理暂行规定》的决定天津市人民政府令第53号《关于修改<天津市水上治安管理暂行规定>的决定》已于2002年1月4日经市人民政府第47次常务会议通过,现予公布施行。市长李盛霖二○○二年一月十八日市人民政府决定对《天津市水上治安管理暂行规定》(津政发[1990]126号)作如下修改: 一、将标题修改为:天津市水上治安管理规定。二、将第四条第一款修改为:“集体、个体所有的船舶出海营运的,须持有公安边防机关颁发的《出海船舶户口簿》和《出海船民证》;在内河营运的,须持有公安机关颁发的《船民证》。” 三、将第十四条删除。四、将第十五条修改为:“本规定自公布之日起施行。” 有关条款序号作相应调整。本决定自公布之日起施行。《天津市水上治安管理暂行规定》根据本决定作相应修正,重新公布。

(2) The first paragraph of Article 4 is amended as: “For collectives or individuals operating ships to go to sea for operation, they must hold the” book of seabound ships “and” seafarers’ card “issued by the border control authorities of the public security authorities; Public security organs must hold a ”boat card“. ”Third, the deletion of Article XIV. Fourth, the fifteenth amended as follows: “The provisions of the date of promulgation of the implementation. ” The terms of the serial number to be adjusted accordingly. This decision shall go into effect as of the date of promulgation. Interim Provisions on the Administration of Public Security in Tianjin Municipality shall be amended accordingly and re-announced in accordance with this decision.
