第一章总则第一条为了继承和发扬祖国传统医学,促进中医、藏医、蒙医(以下简称中藏蒙医)事业发展,保护人民身体健康,根据有关法律、法规,结合本省实际,制定本条例。第二条本条例适用于本省行政区域内中藏蒙医和其他传统医的医疗、预防、康复、保健、教育和科研等活动。第三条发展中藏蒙医应当坚持保护、扶持和创新的原则,继承和发展中藏蒙医的特色与优势,运用现代科学技术,实现中藏蒙医现代化。第四条省人民政府卫生行政管理部门主管全省中藏蒙医的发展工作。
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 In order to inherit and carry forward the traditional medicine of the motherland and promote the development of the undertakings of Chinese medicine, Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine (hereinafter referred to as the “Mongolian and Mongolian medicine”) and to protect the health of the people, according to the relevant laws and regulations, Ordinance. Article 2 These Regulations shall apply to medical treatment, prevention, rehabilitation, health care, education and scientific research activities of Mongolian and Tibetan medicine practitioners in Tibet and other traditional medicine in the administrative areas of the province. Article 3 The development of Sino-Tibetan medicine and Mongolian medicine should uphold the principles of protection, support and innovation, carry forward and develop the characteristics and advantages of the Mongolian and Tibetan medicine in Tibet and use modern science and technology to realize the modernization of Mongolian medicine in Tibet and Tibet. Article 4 The health administrative department of the provincial people’s government shall be in charge of the development work of the Mongolian and Tibetan medicine in Tibet of the entire province.
