本文根据我所研制“20/30TZ101(参照XX1380)型倒象式微光象增强器”的任务要求,对这种管型的结构和电子光学系统作了详尽的分析。首先,对整管的工作机理和前、后级各部分的设计考虑作总的说明。然后,通过理论分析和计算机辅助设计计算,不但给出了前级倒象系统的成象参量、轴上和轴外的各种象差以及传递函数的数据,还对所使用的微通道板、后近贴系统和荧光屏对于成象质量的影响作了解析。最后,对该管用于第二代微光象增强器时所具有的独特优点作了综合性论述。
In this paper, I have developed a “20 / 30TZ101 (reference XX1380) inverted image type micro-image intensifier,” the task requirements of the tube structure and the electronic optical system made a detailed analysis.
