针对翼身融合整体结构装配的需要,开展了翼身融合整体结构特点分析。根据不同装配阶段进行了骨架柔性定位技术规划、蒙皮与骨架自定位技术规划、自动制孔技术规划和数字化辅助测量定位及自动对接技术规划研究。通过本文的研究,可以为采用翼身融合结构的飞机开展柔性装配做出指导,同时也可为非翼身融合结构的飞机机翼或机身开展柔性装配提供帮助和技术支持。
According to the needs of the integration of the whole body structure of the wing body, the whole structure characteristic analysis of the wing-body fusion is carried out. According to different stages of assembly technology, flexible positioning of the skeleton planning technology, skin and skeleton self-positioning technology planning, automatic hole technology planning and digital assistance in the measurement of positioning and automatic docking technology planning and research. Through the research in this paper, we can guide the flexible assembly of aircraft with wing-body fusion structure and provide help and technical support for the flexible assembly of aircraft wing or fuselage with non-wing body fusion structure.
