成人学生自主学习过程中存在学习目的功利化、学习意志薄弱等问题。影响成人学生自主学习的因素主要有成人学生的学习信念和动机、教师的自主性等。提高成人学生的自主学习能力,教师要适当放权,创设丰富的教学情境,运用多种教学策略,培养成人学生积极的学习态度。
There are some problems in the adult learners’ learning process, such as utilitarian learning and weak learning will. The main factors that affect adult students’ autonomous learning are the learning beliefs and motivation of adult students and the autonomy of teachers. Improve the ability of adult students to learn independently, teachers should be appropriate decentralization, the creation of rich teaching situations, the use of a variety of teaching strategies to develop an active adult learning attitude.
