用31例成人上肢标本,对手背桡侧皮瓣进行了研究。该皮瓣的动脉主要来源于食指背桡侧动脉和第一掌背动脉。这些动脉的分支在皮瓣内互相吻合成血管网;皮动脉来源可分四型;该皮瓣的静脉主要是头静脉的属支,头静脉属支和掌侧静脉相吻合;该皮瓣的神经主要是桡神经的浅支;对该皮瓣的形成及其临床应用进行了讨论。
Thirty-one adult upper extremity specimens and their dorsal radial flaps were studied. The flap’s arteries originate primarily from the dorsal radial artery and the first dorsal metacarpal artery. The branches of these arteries flap into each other within the flaps and become vascular networks. The origin of the cutaneous arteries can be divided into four types. The veins of the flaps mainly belong to the branches of the cephalic vein and the branches of the cephalic vein and vestibulolateral vein. The nerves are mainly superficial branches of the radial nerve; the formation of the flap and its clinical application are discussed.
