本文研究了硼对28%Cr白口铸铁组织、性能的影响规律。实验结果表明,硼加入促使碳化物产生了粗化和分枝,同时碳化物硬度明显提高。在铸态组织中,出现了一定量的马氏体。当硼加入量为0.2%时,常规机械性能获得最佳配合。随着硼加入量的增加,对石英砂三体磨损的抗力降低,而对石榴子石二体磨损的抗力明显提高。这归于硼的加入降低了材料的塑变断裂抗力,而提高了材料的切削抗力。实验认为,在切削磨损工况条件下,铸态含硼20%Cr白口铸铁具有很好的应用前景。
The effect of boron on microstructure and properties of 28% Cr white cast iron was studied in this paper. The experimental results show that boron addition promotes the coarsening and branching of carbides, and the hardness of carbides increases obviously. In as-cast microstructure, a certain amount of martensite appeared. When boron is added in an amount of 0.2%, the best mechanical properties are obtained. With the increase of boron content, the resistance to wear of quartz sand body decreases, while the resistance to wear of garnet stone body obviously increases. This is attributed to the addition of boron to reduce the plastic deformation resistance of the material, and improve the cutting resistance of the material. Experiments show that, under the conditions of cutting wear, as cast boron 20% Cr white cast iron has good application prospects.
