在印度卡纳塔克邦,从10年生咖啡S795品种的徒长技获取插条,从2月份开始,隔2个月扦插一次,研究插条的生化状况与发根的关系。结果表明,插条期不同,其发根率和初生根数有显著差异,尤其是成熟的插穗,六月份扦插的发根率最高(100%);其次是十月份(78.1%)。初生根数也是六月份最高(10.51);其次是八月份(4.25)。四月份截顶八月份采条扦插的茁壮枝插穗的发根率(66.73)和初生根数
In Karnataka, India, cuttings were obtained from the acrobatics of the 10-year-old coffee S795 variety and cuttings were made every two months from February to study the relationship between the biochemical status of the cuttings and the hair roots. The results showed that there were significant differences in rooting rate and primary root number between different cutting stages, especially in mature cutting. The rooting rate of cuttings in June was the highest (100%), followed by October (78.1%). The number of newborn roots was also the highest in June (10.51), followed by August (4.25).
