为了提高中药材桑叶的干燥品质,本文用热泵干燥机研究了桑叶干燥的工艺参数对品质的影响规律。选择干燥温度Z1和风速Z2为试验因素,桑叶中的有效成分黄酮的损失率Y为指标。通过单因素试验得到各参数的影响规律为:每个参数都有一个最佳值,过大过小都不好。通过二次通用旋转组合设计的回归试验得到了回归方程,通过优化得到使黄酮损失率最小的最佳参数组合为:干燥温度Z1=42.55℃,风速Z2=1.72m/s。在最佳参数组合下黄酮损失率的最小值Ymin=12.81%。
In order to improve the dry mulberry leaf quality, this paper studied the dry mulberry leaf drying process parameters on the quality of the law. Select the drying temperature Z1 and wind speed Z2 as experimental factors, mulberry leaves in the active ingredient flavonoids loss rate Y as an indicator. Through the single factor test, the influence law of each parameter is obtained: each parameter has an optimum value, too big or too small is not good. The regression equation was obtained through the regression test of quadratic common rotation combination design. The optimum parameters for minimizing the loss of flavone were obtained as follows: drying temperature Z1 = 42.55 ℃, wind speed Z2 = 1.72m / s. Under the optimal combination of parameters, the minimum value of flavonoid loss Ymin = 12.81%.
