建筑工程造价不仅包括了工程成本节约问题,而且还关系到工程质量、效率、安全性等方面,同时,在这些方面也具有重要意义,因此工程造价管理工作一直受到相关单位的高度重视。但是建筑工程在施工方面,通常具有着规模大、时间周期长、施工因素多等特点,在造价管理上也一直存在着许多困难。文章针对建筑工程造价管理现状与对策进行解析,增加对造价工程方面的认识。
The construction cost not only includes the project cost saving problem, but also relates to the project quality, the efficiency, the security and so on. At the same time, it also has the important significance in these aspects. Therefore, the project cost management has been highly valued by the relevant units. However, in construction, construction projects usually have the characteristics of large scale, long period of time and many construction factors, and there are still many difficulties in cost management. The article analyzes the status quo and countermeasures of construction cost management and increases the understanding of cost engineering.
