针对金川充填采矿需要,开展了废石和全尾砂两种混合骨料的级配研究。首先根据最大干密度理论和粒子干涉理论,确定充填骨料级配评价指标,然后针对矿山废石和全尾砂两种骨料进行粒径级配分析。结果表明,这两种骨料级配不良,不能单独用作金川矿山充填骨料;混合骨料级配结果表明,当废石与全尾砂配比为6∶4与7∶3时粒度分布曲线比较接近Fuller理想级配曲线,对应的堆积密实度达到最大,推荐其作为金川矿山充填骨料的合理配比。
According to the needs of Jinchuan Filling and Mining, the gradation study of two mixed aggregates of waste rock and tailings was carried out. Firstly, according to the theory of maximum dry density and the theory of particle interference, the evaluation index of aggregate gradation is determined. Then, the particle size distribution of both aggregate and tailings is analyzed. The results show that these two aggregate grading bad, can not be used alone as Jinchuan mine filling aggregate; mixed aggregate grading results show that when the waste rock and tailings ratio of 6: 4 and 7: 3 when the particle size distribution The curve is close to Fuller’s ideal grading curve, corresponding to the maximum packing density, which is recommended as a reasonable proportion of Jinchuan mine filling aggregate.
