目的:探讨孕妇产前行超声测量胎儿侧脑室对评价胎儿脑发育畸形的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2009年7月—2011年4月我院妇产科进行常规产前超声检查测量胎儿侧脑室的中晚期妊娠孕妇共100例,分析正常胎儿的侧脑室宽度与孕周有无相关性及产前超声测量胎儿侧脑室对评价胎儿脑发育畸形的诊断有无临床价值。结果:应用Spearman等级分析法对88例正常胎儿的侧脑室后角宽度与孕周的相关性进行分析,结果发现胎儿的侧脑室后角宽度与孕周无明显相关性(P>0.05)。胎儿侧脑室后角宽度与胎儿脑发育畸形具有一定的相关性,以后角宽度LV≥12mm为标准进行判断较为合适。结论:脑发育畸形胎儿的侧脑室宽度与孕周无相关性。产前超声测量胎儿侧脑室对评价胎儿脑发育畸形的诊断有一定价值。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of antenatal line ultrasound in fetus lateral ventricle in assessing fetus brain deformity. Methods: A retrospective analysis of July 2009 - April 2011 in our hospital obstetrics and gynecology routine prenatal ultrasound to measure the fetus of late pregnant women in the lateral ventricle of a total of 100 cases, the normal fetal lateral ventricle width and gestational age were analyzed Correlation and prenatal ultrasound measurement Fetal ventricles to evaluate the diagnosis of fetal brain deformity with or without clinical value. Results: Spearman rank analysis was used to analyze the correlation between the width of posterior horn and the gestational age of 88 normal fetuses. There was no significant correlation between the width of posterior horn of fetal brain and gestational age (P> 0.05). Fetal lateral ventricular posterior horn width and fetal brain deformity has some relevance, after the corner width LV ≥ 12mm as the standard to judge more appropriate. Conclusion: There is no correlation between the width of lateral ventricle and fetal gestational age in fetus with abnormal brain development. Prenatal ultrasound measurement of the fetal lateral ventricle to evaluate the diagnosis of fetal brain deformity has some value.
