目的评价比较单纯三维适形放射治疗与放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗治疗脑胶质瘤的临床疗效。方法 80例脑胶质瘤患者,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组,各40例。对照组给予单纯三维适形放射治疗,观察组则给予放疗联合化疗治疗,对比观察两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果观察组完全缓解8例,部分缓解15例,稳定14例,总有效率为57.5%,明显高于对照组的25.0%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在脑胶质瘤患者的临床治疗中,采用三维适形放疗联合替莫唑胺化疗方案,可提高治疗效果,延长患者的生存期,优化其生活质量,值得推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of simple three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with radiotherapy and temozolomide chemotherapy for glioma. Methods Eighty patients with glioma were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was given pure three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy, and the observation group was treated with radiotherapy combined with chemotherapy. The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results In the observation group, 8 cases were completely relieved, 15 cases were partly relieved, 14 were stable, the total effective rate was 57.5%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (25.0%). There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusions In the clinical treatment of patients with glioma, the use of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with temozolomide chemotherapy can improve the therapeutic effect, prolong the survival of patients and optimize their quality of life, which is worth promoting.
