多发性骨髓瘤兼有神经系统、造血系统、肾脏等方面的损害,并发脑出血者尚属少见,今将我院收治的1例报告如下。患者,男性,62岁,于一九八八年元月初晨起后左侧肢体瘫痪,伴有头痛、头晕、口角歪斜、语言障碍,脑CT证实为脑出血(右基底区)。既往否认高血压病史。住院期间,在血常规化验中,发现全血细胞减少,后经骨髓穿刺,血生化免疫球蛋白检验、尿及肾功能化验、X线照片等项检查,确诊为多发性骨髓瘤,经止血,抗感染,化学治疗等处理病情稳定出院。
Multiple myeloma is associated with damage to the nervous system, hematopoietic system, and kidneys. Complications of cerebral hemorrhage are still rare. One case reported in our hospital today is reported below. The patient, male, 62 years old, had a paralysis of the left side of the body in the early morning of January 1988, with headache, dizziness, angular deviation, speech disorder, and brain CT confirmed as cerebral hemorrhage (right basal area). Never denied history of hypertension. During hospitalization, in the routine blood tests, he was diagnosed with pancytopenia, followed by bone marrow biopsy, blood biochemistry immunoglobulin test, urine and kidney function tests, and radiographs. He was diagnosed with multiple myeloma, and was treated with hemostasis. Treatments such as infections and chemical treatments were discharged steadily.
