物业管理引入招投标机制是市场发展的必然。早在1999年5月建设部宋春华副部长就在深圳召开的全国物业管理工作会议上强调,“各地要尽快引入竞争机制,推行物业管理招投标”。招投标机制可以充分实现市场资源的优化配置,规范物业管理市场,但在具体实施的过程中仍有4大难题需要解决。 难题一:物业管理招投标无法可依。
Property management introduced bidding mechanism is the inevitable development of the market. As early as May 1999, Vice Minister Song Chunhua of the Ministry of Construction stressed at the National Property Management Work Conference held in Shenzhen: “All localities should introduce a competition mechanism as soon as possible to implement bidding for property management.” Bidding mechanism can fully realize the optimal allocation of market resources, standardize the property management market, but in the process of concrete implementation there are still four major problems to be solved. One problem: property management bidding can not be controlled.
