通过对抽油泵泵阀工况和使用现状的分析,认为解决泵阀的腐蚀磨损问题可从选用耐蚀耐磨的新材料,和对原来材料进行表面防护处理两个方面来实施。文中简述了几种不同的表面处理工艺在解决泵阀腐蚀磨损问题方面的可能性。
Based on the analysis of working condition and current situation of pump valve, it is considered that the solution to the problem of corrosion and wear of pump valve can be implemented by choosing new material with corrosion resistance and wear resistance and surface protection treatment to the original material. The article briefly describes the possibility of several different surface treatment techniques in solving the problem of corrosion and wear of the pump valve.
