本文在中国实验快堆信息资源规划方案的基础上,应用先进的信息资源管理解决理念,对中国实验快堆设备可靠性信息管理系统的需求分析、方案设计以及开发成果进行了介绍。根据开发的成果可以得出该技术路线和技术方案完全可行。该研究一方面为了进一步提高中国实验快堆的设备管理水平,为概率安全分析(PSA)、实时概率风险分析、风险管理、以可靠性为中心的维修(RCM)以及设备的分级管理等工作,提供基础的可靠性参数。另外一方面,为给我国未来快堆电站的设备管理研究打下基础。
Based on the information resource planning scheme of China Experimental Fast Reactor, this paper introduces the concept of information resource management solution and the demand analysis, scheme design and development achievements of China’s experimental fast reactor reliability information management system. According to the results of the development can be drawn that the technical route and technical solutions is entirely feasible. On the one hand, in order to further improve the equipment management level of China Experimental Fast Reactor, the research includes the following aspects: probabilistic safety analysis (PSA), real-time probability risk analysis, risk management, reliability- Provide basic reliability parameters. On the other hand, it laid the foundation for the future research on equipment management of fast reactor in our country.
