校本课程作为学校实现学生培养目标的载体之一,是学校战略性思考的重要内容。学校领导不仅要通过对校本课程建设的领导来阐述、解析学校的教育哲学和办学理念,而且要以此来指导和影响教育者的课程理念和教育行为的转变,从而促进学校特色文化的形成与发展。笔者以厦门市前埔南区小学“博雅”校本课程建设为例,分析学校如何在校本课程构建和实施中把持严谨性,追求创新性,以此诠释校本课程建设对学校“博雅”特色文化形成的促进作用。
