警察是一种高负荷、高应激、高风险的职业。长期处于高度职业压力之下,已让一些警察身心受到巨大伤害,因此,加强对警察健康的保护工作意义重大。本文着重对民警的心理健康进行研究,力求找到运动对改善和保护民警心理健康的途径。
The police is a high-load, high-stress, high-risk profession. For a long time, under the pressure of a high degree of occupational pressure, some police officers have been harmed physically and mentally. Therefore, it is of great significance to strengthen the protection of police health. This article focuses on the psychological health of police research, and strive to find the movement to improve and protect the mental health of police way.
