钨矿中微量锡的测定,目前多采用沉淀分离或萃取分离苯芴酮比色法,操作手续冗长烦琐。本文介绍一种简易氢化物发生器与常规分光光度法相结合测定钨矿中微量锡的简便方法。试剂与仪器水杨基荧光酮(SAF,1.0×10~(-3)mol/L):称取84.0mg试剂,加150mL乙醇和0.5mL硫酸(1+1)溶解,移入250mL棕色容量瓶中,用水定容;溴化十六烷基铵水溶液(CTMAB,1.0×10~(-2)mol/L);3%硼氢化钾溶液:内含0.5%氢氧化钠,过滤后使用;锡标准溶液(10μg/mL);721A型分光光度计;氢化物发生及吸收装置(见图1)。
