本文采用水热加工技术对压电陶瓷PZT晶体粉末进行合成研究.实验表明合成需在强碱中进行.取用新制备的水热前驱物Pb(OH)2、TiO(OH)2和ZrO(OH)2,在200℃下水热合成40-60min.水热体系在两个KOH浓度范围内能有效合成.第一个区域为水热体系的KOH浓度0.1-0.27mol/L,第二个区域为体系的KOH浓度高于2.0mol/L.低碱度有效的合成给商品化生产带有了许多方便、经济和可能性.为了分析实验结果对合成机理提出了假说和讨论.
In this paper, hydrothermal processing technology for piezoelectric ceramic PZT crystal powder synthesis research. Experiments show that the synthesis needs to be carried out in strong alkali. The newly prepared hydrothermal precursors Pb (OH) 2, TiO (OH) 2 and ZrO (OH) 2 were hydrothermally synthesized at 200 ℃ for 40-60min. Hydrothermal system in the two KOH concentration range can be effectively synthesized. The first region is the KOH concentration 0.1-0.27mol / L for the hydrothermal system and the second is for the system with a KOH concentration higher than 2.0 mol / L. The low alkalinity effective synthesis gives the commercial production a lot of convenience, economy and possibility. In order to analyze the experimental results, we put forward hypotheses and discussions on the synthesis mechanism.
