小微企业对社会经济发展的推动作用在逐渐加强,其自身的劣势已经阻碍了自身良性成长,新形式弹性人力资源管理对小微企业的绩效管理体系构建具有其独特的优势。本文探讨了新形式的弹性人力资源管理的特点,对目前小微企业在成长过程中有关绩效管理所面临的问题进行了分析,以期为小微企业绩效管理及成长提供一些参考。
The promotion of small and micro-enterprises to social and economic development is gradually strengthened, and their own disadvantages have hindered their benign growth. The new form of flexible human resources management has unique advantages for the performance management system of small and micro enterprises. This article explores the characteristics of the new form of flexible human resource management and analyzes the problems facing the performance management of small and micro enterprises in the process of their growth so as to provide some references for the performance management and growth of small and micro enterprises.
