随着社会发展对职业技能型人才需求的不断提高,促使了我国高职教育的更快发展。我国开设高职教育的主要目的,正是为了给国家和企业培养所需求的职业技能型人才,所以高职教育应当要始终将职业能力培养放在首位,力求将每一名学生都培养成为岗位一线生产、管理及服务人才。而若想有效实现这一目标,一项必要措施就是要组织学生深入岗位当中进行实训,以锻炼学生的工作能力,积累学生的实战经验。这就需要高职院校先建设完善的校内实训基地,从而给学生创造一个良好的实训环境。校内实训基地的建设应当要以职业能力培养为导向,符合专业的实际情况及社
