应用免疫组织化学SP法和计算机图象分析系统观察分析了18例急性排斥反应时移植肾活检标本中CD15和血小板/内皮细胞粘附分子(PECAM-1)的表达情况,以探讨其变化的意义。结果显示:(1)急性排斥反应时肾近曲小管和远曲小管上皮细胞CD15阳性表达较正常时增加;(2)急性排斥反应时PECAM-1在肾小球毛细血管内皮细胞中的阳性反应强度较正常明显减弱或由阳性转为阴性,而在肾小管上皮中表达增强。结果提示检测CD15和PECAM-1在移植肾的表达对急性排斥反应的诊断有一定参考价值。
Immunohistochemical SP method and computer image analysis system were used to observe the expression of CD15 and PECAM-1 in 18 cases of acute rejection after transplanted renal biopsy to explore the significance of the changes . The results showed that: (1) CD15 positive expression in renal proximal tubule and distal tubule epithelial cells in acute rejection increased more than normal; (2) Positive reaction of PECAM-1 in glomerular capillary endothelial cells in acute rejection The intensity was significantly weaker than normal or turned from positive to negative, but increased in renal tubular epithelium. The results suggest that the detection of CD15 and PECAM-1 in renal allograft expression has some reference value for the diagnosis of acute rejection.
