基于经典的瞬态热线法原理,设计研制了一种适用于高温高压条件下测量多组分碳氢燃料导热系数的实验装置.对无水乙醇、甲苯及高压氮气进行了标定,结果表明液相导热系数最大偏差在1%以内,气相导热系数最大偏差在3%以内.进而对国产碳氢燃料RP-3导热系数进行了测定,温度范围298~430 K,压力范围0.1~5 MPa.改进和完善了超临界压力下流体导热系数的测量方法.
Based on the classical theory of transient hot-wire method, an experimental device suitable for measuring the thermal conductivity of multicomponent hydrocarbon fuel under high temperature and high pressure was designed and developed. The calibration of absolute ethanol, toluene and high pressure nitrogen showed that the liquid phase The maximum deviation of thermal conductivity is within 1%, and the maximum deviation of gas-phase thermal conductivity is within 3% .Then the thermal conductivity of domestic hydrocarbon fuel RP-3 is measured, the temperature range is 298 ~ 430 K and the pressure range is 0.1 ~ 5 MPa.
