随着我国经济的发展,国家不断调整产业结构,逐渐弱化房地产在经济中的主导地位。我国的房地产事业从高速发展,逐渐转向低迷。很多房地产企业出现了融资难,资金成本过高、业绩下滑、利润下降、债务风险和资金运作困难等问题。如何在当今新形势下,渡过房地产行业的寒冬,快速调整结构,在企业运行和发展过程中获得更高的经济效益,降低成本、加强对企业的财务管理十分有必要。本文主要结合房地产行业当前的形式就房地产财务管理存在的问题进行分析和研究,并提出了相应的解决对策。
